Trust Building (Employees who “trust” you do better work.)
Participants will be shown how trust affects employee performance; how to create or re-establish a higher trust environment; and how to reduce the risks of poor performance in a low trust environment. Specific trust building techniques and applications will be discussed. Participants will identify methods for helping others who work for them, with them, or for whom they are responsible. The activity: "Here's how I see you" demonstrates the effective use of positive reinforcement. "Bringing out the best in others" is the important result.
