The 5 primary conflict resolution strategies are presented with the advantages and disadvantages of each strategy, plus specific situations where each is most effective.
We will identify the "mistakes" made when people confront each other. Solutions will be developed and discussed to deal with the "mistakes" identified. We will discover and practice specific methods for handling anger.
