Conduct a “Better” Meeting (and produce great results.)
Are you struggling to keep control and get anything accomplished at the meetings you lead? Or, are you “just a participant” who has to endure the meeting? Either way, we will learn how you can increase the quality of the time you spend in meetings and reduce the wasted time. The Elements of a Good Meeting will be covered in depth, including the use of agendas. You will learn what to do BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER the meeting, plus establishing ground rules for meetings. Questioning techniques will be introduced as a method for soliciting feedback and creating participation within the meeting. Learn about documentation, follow-up/follow through and implementing the decision(s) made.
