Stress Management and Reduction
(Balance your life and enjoy it more.)

The participants will introduce themselves with a stress producer. From the list, the following questions will be discussed: What can be changed? Of those that can be changed, which do I really want to change? How can I change these stress producers or myself to be more productive? How is stress defined? We will review lists of stress relievers, including: deep breathing technique, visualization, dress rehearsal, mini-vacation, progressive relaxation Learn survival tips on balancing home, family, and work.

This session includes the completion, interpretation and discussion of the learning instrument, Coping & Stress Profile that identifies the individual's coping skills in four life areas (Personal, Family, Couple, and Work). Each is an independent unit of completion and interpretation. Action plans will be developed. 3 hours
